Kebakaran Gedung Kejaksaan Agung bukti Pentingnya Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran pada Bangunan

Kebakaran Gedung Kejaksaan Agung Jakarta Kebakaran hebat yang melanda gedung utama Kejakasaan Agung Jakarta pada hari sabtu tanggal 22 Agustus 2020 pukul 19.10 kemarin menyisakkan tanda tanya besar bagi publik mengingat vitalnya gedung tersebut dimana berisi aset-aset penting yang sangat berharga terutama dokumen-dokumen berkas perkara sejumlah kasus penting yang sedang ditangani oleh kejaksaan agung tersebut. Gedung Utama Kejaksaan Agung di Jakarta hangus digerogoti api. Kobaran api, bermula diketahui pukul 19.10 hari Sabtu tanggal 22 Agustus 2020 dan baru berhasil dipadamkan pada hari minggu pagi sekitar pukul 07.00. Penyemprotan mengandalkan sumber air yang berasal dari fasilitas kolam renang Bulungan dan beberapa aliran kali di dekat lokasi kejadian. Hal itu diungkapkan Kepala Dinas Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta Satriadi Gunawan. Selama 12 jam proses pemadaman api, 65 unit mobil pemadam kebakaran (damkar) yang dikerahkan dari Jakarta Pusat hingga unit pemadam kebakaran dari Jakarta Utara.
