Fire Hose Storz Coupling Storz coupling adalah jenis sambungan selang yang ditemukan oleh Carl August Guido Storz pada tahun 1882 dan dipatenkan di Swiss pada tahun 1890, dan dipatenkan di A.S. pada tahun 1893 yang menghubungkan menggunakan kait dan flensa yang saling mengunci. Ini pertama kali ditentukan dalam standar FEN 301-316, dan telah digunakan oleh brigade pemadam kebakaran Jerman sejak 1933. Di antara kegunaan lain dari jenis sambungan Storz telah banyak digunakan pada selang kebakaran dalam aplikasi pemadam kebakaran. Ini adalah coupling standar pada selang pemadam kebakaran di Portugal, Denmark, Jerman, Austria, Swiss, Swedia, Belanda, Polandia, Israel, dan Yunani. Coupling storz ini juga banyak digunakan di Australia dan Amerika Serikat.
